Voice-to-document is Dicta's workflow from recorded speech to a working legal draft. You review the transcript before Dicta uses it to create a document.
Which document types can Dicta create?
File Note and Hearing outputs are available now. Board Minutes, Witness Statements, Letters of Advice and Client Engagement are planned for Dicta Pro and are not yet available. Every output is an automated working draft and requires professional review.
Does Dicta join calls as a meeting bot?
No. You start recording in Dicta; it does not join a call as a participant. You must have lawful authority and any required consent before recording a hearing, meeting or conversation.
How long does Dicta keep recordings and transcripts?
Dicta schedules source audio and transcript text for deletion within 30 days. You can delete a transcript sooner from its transcript page.
