Review comes before creation
Dicta lets you correct names, speakers and wording before creating a document. The reviewed transcript remains the source for File Note and Hearing outputs.
Product boundaries stay visible
Dicta labels automated outputs as working drafts and requires professional review. It does not present its Hearing output as an official or certified court transcript.
Data handling is documented
The security and data handling page names each provider involved and explains when account, audio, transcript or export data reaches them. The privacy notice covers retention, deletion and individual rights.
